- DSDiane StricklandAug 28, 20261.0Well the only way I could write a review was to give a star. I purchased a washing machine and dryer from Aarons in Chiefland . Yes Amanda was very nice. My dryer door would not shut after a week or so. I called and they brought me a loaner dryer out. I bought a black set the loaner is white. To most people that wouldn’t be a problem but for me I want them both the same color. They tried to call me to set up a time for them to bring my black dryer back. I explained to them I would be out of town and gave them dates . I did come home to make sure I made my last payment in August. I paid around 600. A month for three months maybe a little more maybe a little less. Well I’m finally home and I call them to set up a time for them to bring my dryer back. Well imagine my surprise when they told me that since I didn’t answer their calls that I didn’t hear that they permanently switched out dryers. In other words the dyer I paid for was no longer at their store. When I told them this was unacceptable and I wanted my dryer back maybe a little harsher than it should have sounded but boy was I mad. No one told me told me that I had a time limit to get my dryer back that they did not hold anything for people that was out of town and would not be home. They hung up on me. I tried to call them back they hung up again. I called a third time this time they picked up I spoke to Amanda. She told me Aaron’s policy which after three attempts to contact me they did what they wanted to with my dryer, why had she not mentioned it before is beyond my understanding. She told me I could call her regional manager and that they would tell me the same thing. She did say she would try and find me a black dryer that still does not make up for the fact that the dryer I paid for I can not get back. To me it feels criminal. Please people be careful of who you do business with. I can’t wait to see where this goes if anywhere. I feel giving them one star is in order to write a review is horrible. I will never recommend this business to anyone.

The battery is bad and it gave me another battery. That battery is bad. Then I took the whole lawnmower back. They gave me another lawnmower. They got it running at the store, but the battery is no good still I tried to call the store. No one picks up well it looked like I’m just going over. Have to call corporate about it. Because it does not make any sense they can’t get a lawn man that are fixing they need to get rid of the one they got cause he doing a poor job

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
