  My name is Lynn love going to your store.But I think you should be different from other stores and not close at 6. I started to come to this store because they were opened until 7. So now I can not get my water checked because you close at 6... You know so people that work and can not get up there because y'all close early .. not happy

  Friendly staff, but an absolute customer service nightmare. While the staff at this location are always friendly, the corporate order and customer service system is a complete disaster. I placed an online order for a solar pool cover at 9:30 AM. By early afternoon, with the status still showing "preparing," I called the store. I was told they actually had an inventory error and no stock, but they wanted me to wait a few days while they searched other locations. When I asked to cancel, the store told me I had to do it online myself. That began a hours-long saga: Call 1 (Customer Support): Spoke with "Zon," who said he canceled it but needed supervisor approval. He gave me a reference number and promised an email confirmation within 10 minutes. Call 2 (Three hours later, no email): Called back to find no record of the cancellation. Now I was told it couldn't be canceled because the order was "On Hold"—though no one could explain why. A supervisor named "Bromel" confirmed they couldn't cancel it. Escalation: I was passed to a second supervisor, "Meg," who claimed once an order is placed, it can never be canceled. However, after putting me on hold to call the local store directly, she came back and said the order was suddenly canceled. It is absurd that a simple cancellation for an out-of-stock item required hours of my day and speaking to three different people, especially when the store could have resolved this on my very first call. Leslie's just lost a long-term customer.
