- DODina ONeillMay 13, 20261.0Absolutely ridiculous experience with Leslie’s and we will never shop there again. An employee sold us a vacuum for an ABOVE GROUND pool after we specifically said we had an inground saltwater pool. Paid cash, got home, and realized the guy either had no clue what he was talking about or just wanted to make a sale. Tried returning it and immediately got hit with excuses and nonsense about needing a “corporate check” instead of simply refunding the money. The process became such a headache I finally walked out. Today my wife went back to another location and spent over an HOUR dealing with this mess. The “general manager” started off acting like he didn’t even believe the vacuum wasn’t working. Then he blamed the employee at the other store. Then blamed another manager named Jeff. Then he actually questioned whether I had already returned it because the system supposedly showed it as returned already. So instead of admitting THEIR system and THEIR employees caused the problem, they treated us like we were trying to scam them over a pool vacuum. Eventually they refunded the money, but not without wasting a ridiculous amount of time and treating paying customers poorly the entire way through. To top it off, they didn’t even give the last 69 cents back, so I guess we’ll be waiting for the famous “corporate check” for that too. Completely disorganized, unprofessional, and insulting customer service. We will never make another purchase from Leslie’s again.

- AHAl HarmenApr 13, 20261.0BUYER BEWARE Ordered a pool light on 4/3 for $699.00 + tax they waited 10 later on 4/13 I get a email telling me that they canceled the order on me I could of brought it at pinch a penny for the same price with their 20 0/0 off sale but the sale is over now I feel they took me off the market if they knew they couldn’t get the item why they take the order and charge my credit card this place is a joke
