Odd story here. In the area to see my son and happened to get a last second job interview virtually and I had to scramble to find a place to get this going. Here comes John on site. Explained ,y situation and was able to get near a desk and look professional for my interview. So if you need some furniture.. Just come on by and show some love to City Mattress.

First time at the Cape Coral store and was greeted by David Gerhardinger ! What an OUTSTANDING individual, had the patience of a saint with us because they have such a large selection we were overwhelmed. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My boyfriend and I walked into City Mattress in Cape Coral with so many doubts, and we walked out not only with the perfect mattress for our new home, but also with genuine gratitude. We had an absolutely excellent and enriching experience thanks to Mr. John. John, if you are reading this: we truly want you to know how much your patience, knowledge, and incredible kindness meant to us. You guided us, answered every question with a smile, and turned a simple purchase into a memorable moment for our new home. We are infinitely grateful to you! We recommend this place a thousand percent. I hope everyone who walks through that door has the good fortune of running into you and feeling just as happy and well-taken care of as you made us feel. Without a doubt, we will always come back. ❤️

This is a great place. Brandon was really patient and explained all the specifics of each mattress brand. He took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us understand the differences between the mattresses without making us feel pressured to make a decision. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right mattress for our needs. The entire experience was easy and pleasant. Excellent customer service—highly recommend this location and definitely ask for Brandon!
