This.is the worst lowes. I have ever been too, I'd say it's the employees. But every time I go in there is issue. With items, employees leaving for break right when u need help. Ive tried to resolve prob and attitude is that isn't my. Prob so with many project's coming and not wanting to deal with there crap. I'll have to drive anywhere else

usually I like coming to Lowe's but today I had an awful experience. Took three people to make three sample paints, and they couldn't even use the paint chips I brought so I had to color match them to a swatch myself; I've brought the same size chips before and they were used just fine but this time they needed to be "twice the size". Three people yet they all didn't know how to work the color matching machine, had to ask me what size I wanted my sample paints (only comes in one size btw), and one person doing the work while they all talked and took their sweet time. I've been here for 40 minutes for something that should've took 5-10 max. They need to be re-trained in their department.

Tried to return a chainsaw chain for exchange only. Not for a refund or store credit. Exchange only. Woman told me without a receipt, that lowes couldn't help me, at all. For an exchange? An unopened package? She was very nasty. Blaming me for purchasing the wrong size. I pulled them off a rack together. One was correct, one was not. Never had an issue before. She definitely doesn't need to be in 'customer service '.
