Don't shop at this Lowe's. I have remodeled my entire house using Lowes over the years and they won't let me return some totes I got a few months ago and were not needed. They lost a customer for life over $100.

I bought a $200 pressure washer online. When I went to pick it up they gave me one out of the box. I didn’t think much of it because I trusted them. When I got home I noticed it was missing a nozzle. I went back 4 days after I picked it up to return it or see if they could at least give me the missing piece. They refused to help me because it was after 48 hours. I had to buy the missing nozzle. Make sure to check your orders. They don’t care to help you out for selling incomplete products.

I asked for a discount on a plant that was clearly in poor condition(5 droopy/ dead leafs and the main leave was severely damaged), and instead of giving me a simple yes-or-no answer, the garden center manager immediately started ripping damaged parts off the leaves off on the plant right in front of me and dismissed my request. It came across as extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. Rather than addressing the condition of the plant, she seemed more interested in covering up the problem.
The experience only got worse at checkout. The cashier had a noticeably poor attitude, acted annoyed by basic questions, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her simply by making a purchase. If she was having a bad day, it certainly showed.
Customer service at this location was completely lacking. Between the dismissive Manager and the rude cashier, the entire interaction left a terrible impression. I came in prepared to spend money and left feeling disrespected. There are plenty of places that value their customers…. this did not feel like one of them.
