It wasn't bad but definitely didn't have a variety of glass crystals to choose from. It was the only reason I came into the store so I was very disappointed with the very limited selection of color and sizes. Bedazzlers be warned. On the positive side: the store was very clean and organized. Also there was an employee which was so upbeat even close to closing time, usually people are more serious and ready to go home but she was just so pleasant and positive. She definitely made a quick trip to the store super memorable. I wish I wouldn't have forgotten to have gotten her name off the receipt before it was thrown out.

Customer service spectacular. Store is so well organized. I'm soon happy finally one near by. I drove to Lakeland for my art supplies. Thank you hobby lobby. Would like a larger selection of coloring books.

My wife and I spent our Friday evening shopping for an RC car so we could enjoy it with our children on Saturday. After purchasing a Traxxas vehicle and bringing it home, we discovered that Isaiah had installed the wrong part on the car before we left the store. Because of the incorrect part, the vehicle overheated and repeatedly shut down.
The very next morning, we returned to the store and simply asked if they would reinstall the original factory part. I even offered to pay for the labor. Instead of helping, they refused. The employees seemed far more interested in sitting on their phones and making new sales than taking care of a customer who had just spent nearly $1,000 the night before.
To make matters worse, I was told it would "only take five minutes" to do myself, but they still wouldn't spend those five minutes helping me. That felt like a complete slap in the face.
Based on my experience, I have serious concerns about how this business operates. I will be contacting Traxxas directly regarding what I believe are unauthorized modifications being made before sale, as well as concerns about products being represented as new when they appear to have been previously used or altered.
I strongly encourage anyone considering buying an RC car from this shop to do their research first. There are plenty of businesses that value their customers and stand behind the products they sell. Unfortunately, this was not one of them, and after spending nearly $1,000, I left feeling completely unsupported.
I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this business based on the way I was treated.

Me and my nephew paid a $1000 for a trax's RC car they were closing yesterday and halfway put together the truck today, he went in to try to have them fix what they did incorrectly, and they denied him service because they had already received his money, I would stay far away from this company.

“I was disappointed with my experience at this Hobby Lobby location. Lori, who appeared to be in a management role, came across as rude and unapproachable during our interaction. As a new store in the area, I would expect customer service that is welcoming, helpful, and reflective of the values Hobby Lobby promotes. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Customer interactions often shape a shopper’s impression of a business, and this encounter left me feeling unwelcome. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works to create a more positive environment for both customers and employees.
