  I can’t recommend this pool store enough! Frank is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about helping his customers instead of just making a sale. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made the entire experience stress-free. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for someone you can trust for your pool needs, ask for Frank, you’ll be in great hands. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family!

  I’ve been going to this store on and off for years and there never seems to be anyone there that is really what I could call helpful and friendly. The guy who helped me today, and I use the word “helped” very loosely, obviously didn’t want to be there. He was obnoxious in his answers and I walked out deciding I need to find a new pool store. I do love the Leslie products, but this guy made me feel like I was interrupting his morning. I tried to make some small talk because he made me very uncomfortable. I just went in to get my water tested and purchase more products…apparently, my pool water was fine, so I didn’t need to buy anything today, and answering questions without attitude wasn’t part of his job description. For the amount of money customers have to spend in that place, you’d think they’d have fantastic customer service. Here’s a thought...hire people with a personality who want to be there.

  Finally …I found exactly the products and services I’ve needed to keep my pool clean and clear . My pool has never been this healthy thanks to FRANK and his specific advice. When he checks my water chemistry he is so knowledgeable for exactly what I need.. and lioves to tell me” everything looks great …keep doing what your doing “ I used to buy my products at Walmart or Lowe’s and I never had the results I have now. I’m not sure if it’s superior products or the customized water test that Frank does for free…or both …all I know is that my pool is clear ! Costomer for Life Lynne H

  Went to Leslies bc i used them up north for 20 yrs. Frank was both helpful and knowledgeable...provided good info on variable speed pump i was interested in. Purchased one, had it installed for $ 200 bucks.. Will gladly do business with them again ... Jim .
