So I had an awful experience with their direct competitor PUBLIC STORAGE đĄhowever my clerk/site assistant or manager Zoe (AN ABSOLUTE GEM THAT YALL MUST PROTECTâ¤ď¸) was absolutely delightful was so kind and patient because I had to ask all kinds of questions about how they are different than my soon to be previous storage unit such as not only helping me identify exactly what size storage unit I needed for my gigantic craftsman toolbox but also she took extra time to check the prices at other locations and unit sizes and when I had a question she didnât know she took extra time to call her manager Cynthia at another location to get me the info I needed in less than minutes which was very prompt and walked me through exactly where these sites were with a clear and concise understanding but also alleviated a lot of my fears of experiencing the same storage kerfuffle all over again and set me up with a killer deal comparatively
At the end of the day I left feeling confident Iâd chosen the right company and felt like if I ever had issues that she would move mountains for us customers
(highly highly recommend that you use extra space over the terrible business that is Public Space Storage)

If it was not for the rates going up every few months, I would give a 5 star. I mean if you have long term customers, usually you try to take care of them. Why are you trying to raise the price higher than a normal rate? Other than that they are great, Cynthia is always helpful, they clean the halls daily and you can access your unit for majority of the day. Which is understandable, because people need to sleep at night, if there is an emergency they would need to be up to deal with it. I like this storage company and have used them for years. I would recommend them if you need a storage location.
