Originally rented our storage unit when Lena Rd was under a different ownership. No personal service and had to do everything virtually. Very confusing as I'm not knowledgeable about cell phones.
Since the change in ownership to Extra Space Storage. There's a live, knowledgeable person on the premise that can help you with anything. This is an invaluable service and added benefit. They're also available by phone.
