  I started renting a matress and box spring from Aaron's. I submitted the order online not noticing that I ordered the wrong size in thickness. They delivered the one I had ordered but right after they left, I noticed that it wasn't as thick as I had thought. So I contacted the Bradenton Cortez location where I had the pleasure of being helped by Corey. We spoke on the phone and went over some other options online together, before making a selection. He was able to make it happen right away. Even though it was my mistake, he was never once irritated or rude with me. He did everything he could to make it so I had a bed immediately. He was super kind and provided excellent customer service!

  Bryanne Garcia was super friendly loved her , very sweet! Helped me out and very efficient. I had to get a twin mattress asap and she helped me fast !

  I’ve had an absolutely amazing experience with Aaron’s! I’ve purchased several items from them, including my PS5, an 85-inch TV, and a reclining couch set, and the service has been phenomenal every single time. Michael has been the person I’ve worked with throughout my purchases, and I seriously can’t say enough great things about him. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely makes sure you’re taken care of from beginning to end. He makes the entire process easy and stress-free, and his customer service is a huge reason I continue coming back to this location. I also want to recognize the delivery team, Alex and Ricardo, who I believe were my drivers/installers. They did an outstanding job delivering and setting everything up. They assembled and positioned the reclining couch set exactly where I wanted it, handled everything with care, and even took the extra time to make sure my 85-inch TV was working properly before they left. They didn’t rush the process at all and made sure I was completely satisfied with everything. From the in-store experience with Michael to the delivery and setup with Alex and Ricardo, the entire team went above and beyond. When you’re spending money on big purchases, this is exactly the type of service you hope to receive. I would 100% recommend this Aaron’s location to anyone looking for furniture, electronics, or anything else they offer. Ask for Michael when you go in — you’ll be in great hands! And a huge thank you to Alex and Ricardo for making the delivery and setup just as great as the purchasing experience. Definitely a 10/10 experience and a well-deserved 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I am someone who likes to give a review of a business, when it’s more than deserved. The Aaron’s located in Bradenton 34207, is definitely deserving of this review due to, exceptional customer service and should be recognized. As someone who has worked in the customer service industry for the past 35 years, I know firsthand how rare it is to consistently receive outstanding service. Unfortunately, customer service today is often not what it used to be—but Aaron’s is a refreshing exception. Over the past year, every experience I’ve had has been professional, courteous, and genuinely customer-focused. The management team, especially Greg, Michael, and Corey have always gone above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered and my needs were met. They are knowledgeable, respectful, and truly care about their customers. The support staff deserves recognition as well. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been kind, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. It’s clear that providing excellent customer service is part of the culture at this Aaron’s location. Consistency is what impresses me most. It’s easy to have one good experience, but to receive the same exceptional level of service every single time over the course of a year says a great deal about this team. Thank you to Greg, Michael, Corey, and the entire Aaron’s staff for setting the standard for what customer service should be. I highly recommend Aaron’s to anyone looking not only for quality products but also for a company that truly values its customers.
