  Charles and Carrie were fabulous and a pleasure to work. We came in and walked out with a contract for a storage unit in 30 minutes. They explained everything to us to make our visits easy. If you are in the area of Boynton Beach/Delray make a visit to Mini U Storage The place is clean!!

  Great experience here. All the staff is very friendly and attentive. The storage units are clean and well taken care of. Very nice area and super simple process. Wouldn’t use any other storage place!

  We moved out of an office space and had an overflow of stuff. Charles and Carrie have been great to work with at the facility! Two big pluses at Mini U Storage: 1) The price is guaranteed for a year. No other storage facility in the area had that on their site. The one I did speak with would not tell me how often they increased price. 2) You can use a 15-ft truck one time in the first 30 days at no additional cost other than a $19 insurance fee and replenish the gas! 50 miles are included! We definitely highly recommend!

  I had a great experience with Mini U Storage. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I had exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable storage.

  Moving is stressful and involves alot of moving parts. There will always be some stress and struggle in this process but I was greeted by my first name upon arrival and within minutes Charles and Carrie at U Mini Storage in Boynton Beach had all but eliminated all the stress that revolved around getting my unit and truck situated. They were able to get me fully informed and set up in minutes and they did so with that old school Americana Florida charm and warmth that is all too rare these days. If you need to store your items and especially if you have last minute arrangements and moving needs... I think it would be difficult to find anywhere or any people that could help and make it a pleasant experience, more so than these two! Thank you both so much for your time and warmth yesterday.... it changed the tone of my day and allowed me to move through a difficult time with ease. I am grateful!
