I normally do not complain about store personnel from just one interaction. But when I experience a pattern, then there is a pattern problem. I ordered porcelain tiles and my order seemed to have been lost as tracking showed the order arrived at the store but also showed delayed. So I went into the store to see what was going on and they could not find it. So I was told to come back the next day to speak with the floor dept Manager. So I did and as I was leaving, I received a text message that the order was ready for pickup. I opened all three boxes at the store (well they are tiles) and about 1/3rd or more were broken. Although Customer Service Manager, Sara was VERY helpful in creating a return and reorder, The guy in the flooring dept should not be in a position of helping customers. He's rude, miserable and its clear that he either does not want to be there, or isn't trained in assisting customers in a customer friendly fashion. If this Lowes doesn't know how to train its personnel in proper customer service, then I have no reason to visit or buy from this store again.
Its interesting how Lowes seems to respond to complaints or reviews here saying the same thing "we are sorry that your customer service experience did not live up to our expectations...blah blah". Well start training your personnel and you know, it starts at the top so maybe this store Manager is the issue.

Went to the Boynton Beach store yesterday. Was greeted by Keisha with a warm smile and great hello. She was through smart efficient everything I could ask for ordering a full kitchen of GE Profile appliances.
She is a treasure and Lowes is very lucky to have her.

Lowes is very helpful but the lawn and garden area should be pray for mosquitoes, I understand its right next to the woods but you cant shop like you want to because the mosquitoes will eat u up.

Store itself, Don't know only went in and through Garden Center, selections were Good, what I was looking for was easy to find. And helpful since things like the gloves were labeled with info that tells you which type of glove is best for the specific job. My 2 Star Rating came because........ Upon walking into garden center the woman at the register was bent over the counter on her cell phone. No acknowledgement that I was even there, came through, walked by nothing. Anyhow I do some looking before I grab the last thing I need, which were 10 BIG BAGS OF MULCH. So while im there loading up these bags of Mulch BY MYSELF (person with visual disability might I add) there's an employee right next to me watching Anime on his Cell Phone. Again, no acknowledgement, no can I help, no NOTHING. Pay walk out towards my car with 2 Male Employees standing outside the entrance just chatting away as I walk by with a cart FULL of Big Bags Of Mulch and my car was parked right up front very visible but still No acknowledgement, no help, no concern nothing while I load all these items by myself. So Customer service is a big fat ZERO in my book!!!
