  What a fabulous experience! I spent three hours with Barbara and she was wonderful, patient and extremely knowledgeable. I went from bed to bed until I made what I feel is the best decision! And believe it or not, the bed and base were delivered the following day. Something completely unheard of these days. The two gentlemen that delivered my new bed were punctual, courteous, and easy to work with moving things around and getting me set up. 10 out of 10 experience. Highly recommend!! Update: only one night on my new bed and I slept like a baby!

  Barbara was a terrific salesperson. Very personal and no high pressure and very knowledgeable. Delivery was seamless also.

  I went to the store because they had a sale. I was interested in looking for a new mattress for my adjustable base as my current one was old and in bad shape. Josh, who I found out later, was the manager helped me out and pointed me in the direction of the mattress he thought I would need. I immediately thought it was the one but I wanted to see others. After trying a couple of different options I decided that the first one was the best. I also found new pillows that were perfect for me. I was well very pleased with the service and the price. My sister was also with me and looking for a new bed. She ended up buying a new adjustable bed and mattress set to replace her old set. Over all we had a very good day and experience with City Mattress.

  I purchased my matress and adjustable bed at City Mattress in Boynton Beach Fl and like most companies in this country when you are buying something you get plenty of help, but if you need support they are no help at all. The store manager would not provide me with an email or phone number to call, claiming that they would have to contact me. Three days later I get a call from an Unknow caller which goes to voice mail. When I tried calling the number back it went to voice mail. I went back to the store to speak with the store manager who still offer me know help except to say that next time I should answer my phone. This is the great support that City Matress offered me when my bed broke and I needed their help.
