Ken was amazing at Bernwood Drive. He helped us find an additional unit, suggested alternate movers when our scheduled movers did not show, and was just a positive and wonderful person!! The unit is clean and facility is top notch.

Jessica was great at answering all my questions. She was very nice and professional. Ultimately I did not rent today as I was just shopping around for moving at the beginning of next year, but will be renting here when the time comes!

Amazing service from Jessica, I let her know I’ve never had a storage unit but got one for some personal items. She was great at walking me through every step quickly and explaining to me exactly how everything would work. She was also kind enough to pick a very accessible unit and walked me through the door locking process and showed me the facilities. I’m glad to know Jessica is there to help if I need her!
