- KKKathy Jean (KJ)6 days ago1.0The store manager was extremely rude to me, as were several members of the staff. An item was priced incorrectly, and I was given a very hard time about honoring the advertised price. Although the manager eventually agreed to honor it, the issue was never about how good the deal wasit was about how poorly the entire situation was handled. When I asked to speak with a manager, the store representative acted as if she didn’t want to get him, and I had to ask several times. During our conversation, the store manager walked away from me mid-discussion and then failed to communicate to the cashier that he had agreed to honor the price, which caused even more confusion and frustration. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing, and because of this experience, I will also be leaving a Google review about the store.

Yes, our In-Home Organizers will come to your home to organize any space. They will develop a written proposal that includes our time and cost for products to transform your space. Once the plan is agreed upon, they will organize, label, drop off donations and complete any returns needed.
