  Amazing experience. Jay greeted us when we walked in and treated us like family. He helped us find perfect chairs for our table. Can’t wait to go back for more fine furniture.

  We had to furnish a whole condo. Thankfully we found Kimberly and Nushi at the RH Outlet in Boca. The selection was great and they were very busy as they were having a 20% off sale. In swooped two angels with tape measures. Not only did they help us with combining pieces that worked well together they helped us ensure that we could get the pieces in the entryway of an older building. It was like finding two friends who are experts guide us through some overwhelming choices. They gave us cleaning tips, pointed out alternatives on the website and were particularly patient. We can’t say enough about these two furniture experts who saved us from making choices we’d regret later.

  We were in the area 3 weeks ago and in need for new living room furniture (recliners) and found something we liked here. The buying process was smooth and the delivery was easy with one of the companies they recommended. The problem was upon arrival the power supply of the recliner was missing and one clear leg too. We reported it immediately, texted, emailed and called several times, they said it was going to be send by mail but nothing so far and no answer…

  I don’t usually trust showroom displays because products often look worse after delivery, but this was the opposite. The actual bedroom set looked even better in person. The soft-close wardrobe doors are smooth and quiet, and the mirror finishing was done neatly without visible imperfections around the edges.

  Not thinking I’m a fan. Actually I was quite disappointed. Thought i was going to find really high quality furniture at discount. What I saw was overpriced seconds either floor samples or returns. If I’m going to spend $13000 on a couch I shouldn’t feel as if the world has been sitting on it.
