  The Boca Raton store was awesome! John Cloutman was patient and listened to our needs. Very knowledgeable with all furniture options. The Designer stepped in when we had design questions. Delivery guys were so fun to work with. Respectfully of my house and funny. Even gave me a trick to save issues with the footrest. Great experience from beginning to end!

  At this point I can't give a review because of the condition of my recliner when I got it. I had a virtual review with a tech and he is sending several new parts for the recliner. I am waiting for that and a tech to come to try and fix the issues. I am very disappointed that a brand new custom recliner was delivered in this condition by you!

  I was referred to LazyBoy by a friend. I wasn’t all that familiar with their furniture. I was quickly turned over to a Designer when I came into the store. Janine (sp) was absolutely great. She immediately understood & knew not only what I’d liked - came up with a great idea of a 2 seater love seat. I felt it was too cramped and exchanged it for a 3 seater couch which was perfect. In addition. I LOVE the oblong coffee table which is soooo perfect for my space. I feel LazyBoy goes the extra length to please the customer.
