- RMRhana MousaviSep 17, 20261.0It is really disappointing to have our small closet ordered from Container store. We picked up our material in August and had installation scheduled for 9//8/2026. The install left incomplete due to missing parts when we were not informed at the time of pickup. After multiple phone calls to Boca department and talking to the managers Sarah and Jose, was promised to have the missing items shipped to us and installed today 9/17. the installer came but still the material was sent incomplete!! He left without finishing (Osvaldo) the job. This is most disorganized place I had ever experienced with my renovation job. I will definitely leave my feedback publicly that other customer beware of what they will deal with.
- MBMariana BeaujardinSep 13, 20265.0I had a great experience thanks to Bretele who helped me around the store. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to walk me through every aisle and explain what was available. Her helpful attitude made my shopping experience so much easier and enjoyable. Excellent customer service and truly a great employee!
- CACiavarini Locale AtipicoSep 1, 20264.0Tutto per la raccolta e catalogazione...non vendono le risme di carta...pensavo fosse come il nostro reparto cancelleria del supermercato ma più in grande...invece no...
- PSpaulo SomloAug 24, 20265.0Idk nothing about here lol But they definitely honor the 5 starts . Entire community knows thats the main entrance for the mall .😎 And thanks for sheltering our kids during rainy days. staff amazing 👏 🤩
- KMKeith MalinAug 13, 20265.0I came here for the first time today to buy a few home goods. The store was clean and the employees were very nice. The manager Sarah even offered to honor an online price which saved me a few bucks!
