  I’m giving RH 3 stars because, despite being a very loyal customer, this particular experience has been extremely disappointing. We have purchased over half a million dollars from RH this year alone, in addition to significant purchases in previous years. Adamaris at the Aventura store is an exceptional sales representative and has always provided us with excellent service. Unfortunately, our experience with Betina Moreira while handling our most recent order of approximately $100,000 has been completely different. This order has been a mess. Delivery dates have been changed by the store multiple times, and because the merchandise is being consolidated for shipment to Colombia, coordinating the deliveries correctly is extremely important. We have repeatedly tried to work with Betina to consolidate the shipments and communicate changes. Her response is consistently, “I emailed you,” yet when we point out changes and instructions that we sent to her by email, she says she did not see them or dismisses them as unimportant. For a customer spending at this level, and for an order of this size and complexity, I expect attention to detail, accountability, proactive communication, and a genuine effort to find solutions. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience with Betina. I am giving 3 stars because I still value RH and have had excellent experiences with people like Adamaris, but the handling of this $100,000 order has been frustrating and far below the level of service I expect from RH.

  I’m very disappointed with the experience I had with them. I had to return all the furniture because I was not like the pictures or the furniture displayed at aventura and they are not even answering to my emails and texts messages. They still need to come to my apartment for the rest of the furniture and they don’t answer. I spend 200k in restoration hardware and they only returned 62k. Im trying repeatedly to contact them and I don’t have an answer

  My hairstylist Mehmet Kartal (Mike, Turkish hairstylist) is the best.. I am very picky when it comes to my hair but with him I am never worried. His service is the best and I 100% recommend him. He absolutely knows what he is doing..
