  I had an excellent experience at City Mattress and would highly recommend them. The sales associates are very knowledgeable but this purchase was a bit of a saga becuase I originally decided to purchase a "firm" mattress (note: came with a 90-day trial period and a one-time exchange option) and eventually decided to go all-in on an even firmer mattress and opted for an exchange (with a slightly higher price point). Well that turned out to be a huge mistake because it became clear after a couple of weeks that the new mattress was way too firm and was causing daily physical discomfort. I explained the situation and asked the sales associate if I could swap back to the prior bed, but at first was told that was probably not an option. After appealing to the owners, they kindly agreed to the swap depsite the fact I was not technically entitled to one. They genuinely are a locally owned and family operation and I (and my body) are very grateful for their kindness and understanding. These are the kind of people you want to deal with when making an important purchase like this.

  We had a wonderful experience at City Mattress, and we especially want to thank Alfonso for the excellent customer service. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect mattress.

  Excellent service. Max is very well versed on everything about the different types of mattresses in store and which one will be best for your own needs. Amazing experience. I will come back here again and refer anyone who ask. Ask for Max for a professional attention to get what you really need

  Alfonso was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and helped us find a bed that suited us. He was also very patient as we took a fair bit of time to decide on our purchases.
