Alfonso was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I came in needing two mattresses and king and queen and feel I bought exactly what I needed. He was very friendly and I feel that I got a very good deal.

Purchased a new Aireloom Aire-Luxtop mattress at this amazing mattress store. Not only is the store modern, clean and beautiful, but it’s well sourced with many options to choose from. Our sales advisor, Alfonso, was very kind, informed and knowledgable in the subject. We felt very well taken care of and I recommend this store to others. We visited other stores such as Mattress Firm and City Home, definitely this is a better option with similar, even compatible prices. FiveStars!

I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Baker at City Mattress! He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with from start to finish. Baker took the time to really understand what I was looking for and was patient, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right mattress. He made the entire process feel effortless and never once made me feel pressured. His customer service was exceptional, and it was clear that he truly cared about making sure I was happy with my decision. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! If you’re shopping for a mattress, I highly recommend working with Baker — he is fantastic!

I've got a different mattress that the one I showed to the seller, he let me try and sit on a much expensier one telling me it was "the same" for him it's all the same,... What I've got was a completely different finished than the one on beautyrest/citymattress' site and hard, nothing like the one they have me sit in at the store of course!!! If they don't have the one you are looking for in there, do not buy it, most likely you'll be getting something else... I was going to give them a good calcification because of the delivery guys, they worked with me they were patient and above and beyond polite but the seller max just called me, super offended saying he used the word "similar" not the word "same" and that he is not a used car salesman which I never said. Anyways that speaks more about him than about me. He also said that beauty rest uses ai to ""augment"" (not change y'all) their product photos. I love how their response is referring me to the same guy that called super pist off and offended.
