  PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!! We purchased zebra blinds for one of our properties from Stacey the sales rep of which was installed beautifully. After a few months the blinds materials literally started to fail. The blinds material got brittle due to sun exposure , and the materials literally tore on its own . We went to the Blinds to go Aventura and spoke to Natalie who stated “ they changed blinds manufacturers used to install our purchase ,due to the fact they had complaints of the materials failing!!” Blinds To Go then stated no manufacturers warranty exist even though the actual panels failed significantly . Natalie also stated these zebra blinds material we were sold , was the improper material for a window as these blinds cannot be exposed to the sun !!!…..Natalie then stated she will request to management to have the damaged blinds replaced of which had to be approved by management . Natalie then sent an email response stating the damaged blinds will be replaced free, but the blinds will not match the others in our property due to discontinuation of this product…therefore at our expense we will need to replace all the other blinds to match the damaged blinds at our expense . We have yet to receive the replacement of the damaged blinds ,as agreed upon after 2 months of discussion. The customer service and the lack of this company standing behind products they sell is Awfull!! The customer service is the worst !! DO NOT BUY THESE BLINDS AS THEY WONT LAST A MONTH !!!!!!!!!!!

  Ovardo is amazing! I had a great experience working with him! He really knows his job inside and out. From the moment we started discussing options, it was clear he was experienced, educated and passionate about helping customers find the right fit for their home. What stood out the most was how fun and easy he made the entire process. He explained everything clearly, answered every question with confidence and gave honest recommendations without any pressure. His knowledge about different styles, materials, light control and installation details made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. All the information I brought including measurements, material, chain was wrong. He helped me clarify all this. It is rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such a friendly personality. He made the experience enjoyable while still being extremely informative and detailed oriented.   Ovardo at Blinds To Go was absolutely exceptional. He took the time to thoroughly educate us on the different products and options without making us feel rushed or pressured. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find the best fit for our home. We left feeling confident in our decision and very happy with the overall experience.   My husband and I were in search of shutters that we wanted to complete the look for our apartment. We visited a few places that were not able to help us with what we needed. From the moment we entered the beautiful Blinds to Go showroom in Aventura we knew we had finally arrived at the perfect place for our needs. Ericka Escobar immediately understood our vision and helped us. She was extremely professional and her follow up for details and scheduling was impeccable. Ericka and her staff run this place with care and I would recommend it to anyone that needs blinds, shutters, curtains, etc. Thank you!!
