In-store pick-up.
They sold me a $350 GE portable air unit that upon closer inspection had been previously sold and returned.
If you guys restock returns, please inspect them thoroughly. This unit should never have been re-sold.
The outer box had some holes in it which could have been from a forklift.
Opened it up to find the parts in a Family Dollar bag and scuff marks on the unit.
1 star because zero is not an option.

Lowes Online allows you to order items that are either not in stock or display items. Instead of a simple call from the store to inform you of this mishap they just wait till you arrive to question if the order is ready and at that time let you know. Total waste of time. Meanwhile, I have a refrigerator defrosting due to failure and nothing to move my items in to now.
