They have a knowledgeable staff. I've been in florida for 8 years and though home depot prices are pretty competitive, nothing against them at all I've seen staff send me to the wrong isle, have to refer to their handheld, and more times than not they simply aren't familiar or knowledgeable about the products. Lowes is the way to go. Most their stores are set up pretty much the same so o e could go to a store that they don't frequent often and still be able to fi d what you are looking for.

Lower than one. In January applied for a 20.00 rebate still have not received. FINALLY THIS MONTH They sent me a virtual which doesn't allow purchases in store. Dealt with 2 managers in Apopka store location . Thier lack of knowledge and lack of empathy and customer service skills kept me waiting 1 1/2 hrs which they coldly told me too recall the number to figure this out! I cannot believe that the CEO of this company makes it impossible to use a 20.00 dollar rebate! Totally dissatisfied with Lowes and its lack of knowledge and customer service skills and lack of empathy.

The helpful staff the place is well taken care of I was like a kid in a candy store!! Miss Cindy in the front outside helped me answered some questions very knowledgeable. They have the garden section very organized I was in awwee still am I believe this will be my favorite place also our cashier Alexandria very helpful she was so patient with us such a great employee that’s what I call caring for your customers ten stars ladies!!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
