One more issue I experienced that really speaks to how disorganized this location is involved the insurance on my unit. From the beginning, I specifically told them I did not want their insurance coverage and completed the paperwork accordingly. Despite that, they somehow “made a mistake” and left the insurance on my account anyway.
I had to repeatedly check my statements because the charges didn’t look right, and sure enough, I was still being billed for insurance I had declined. Instead of fixing the mistake promptly, they made the entire process unnecessarily difficult. I had to return to the facility and sign paperwork all over again just to have something corrected that should have been handled properly the first time.
This was yet another example of the lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and disorganization I experienced throughout my time renting here. Customers should not have to constantly monitor their bills or make multiple trips just to correct errors that the facility created. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want a storage company that is transparent, organized, and values its customers.
Also another update as of 08/17 I moved out and completely cleared my storage unit on August 5th. I was specifically told that in order to avoid being charged for another month, I needed to move out before August 15th—which I did, 10 days before that deadline.
On August 5th, I was physically at the front desk with an employee who knew that this was my move-out date and that the unit had been cleared. If there were additional move-out steps that needed to be completed in their system, they should have been completed or explained to me at that time. Instead, I was still charged.
I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled. I followed the instructions I was given, vacated the unit within the required timeframe, and should not be charged because the proper move-out procedure was not completed by staff when I was there in person.
I am requesting that this charge be reversed immediately. If it is not resolved, I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge and will provide documentation showing that I vacated the unit on August 5th.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this location based on how my move-out and billing were handled.

Brianna was awesome and a pleasure to work with she took the time to answer all my questions and had a smile and a positive attitude that was terrific I even had to stop back by and purchase a second unit because we ended up taking furniture that we did to plan on . I highly recommend this facility
