  Very disappointed. Took over my service and fail to respond to my requests for service. They tell me my unit needs work and I pay advance and they ignore me when I ask for updates and when the job will be completed.

  I have been using Pool Troopers for years, but over the past couple of years their service has gone way downhill. The only reason I didn’t cancel sooner was because I had a great technician named Romeo. Unfortunately, he put in his two weeks’ notice and left. Since then, I’ve had nothing but terrible service and unauthorized charges on my credit card. When we originally signed up years ago, one of the main reasons was because they offered salt service instead of regular chemical service. Somewhere along the way, they stopped providing the salt and switched to chlorine. I was also paying for chemical service only because I have an automatic pool cleaner and my pool stays spotless. Then they told me they no longer offered chemical-only service and made me pay for the full cleaning service, even though I didn’t need it. Last week, I called and explained that I did not approve or need a new skimmer basket. The woman I spoke with credited the charge back to my card. Today, I was charged again for the exact same thing. I had to call again to get the charge reversed, and I ultimately canceled my service. Somewhere along the way, Pool Troopers lost touch with its customers and the quality of its service. After being a customer for years, I would not recommend them.

  Employees blow thru stop signs drive on expired plates and conveniently place the expired plate over the how’s my driving decal you should get your plates renewed I’m sure your insurance is lapsed as well since you have a fleet of expired tags and drivers almost causing accidents

  Pool Troopers has been a substantial improvement since the transition from Amenity Pool. Special thanks to Juan Olmeda-Barreto, who was prompt, professional, and very accommodating with a time-sensitive service request. Excellent service.

  We switched to pool troopers when we converted our pool to salt water. So the salt cell is rented from them and they maintain it and service our pool. It has been nothing but headache since we switched. We love the saltwater pool but they are incapable of maintaining it properly. I think they even stopped selling salt at some point so nobody who works for them even knows how to do it anymore. We've had several new texts show up and treat it like a chlorinated pool. So now our pH is always off. Our chlorine is always too high. We're continuously being told it's not safe to swim and then don't hear an update for 2 weeks. We haven't even been able to get in this season at all It's gotten so bad. Managers don't call back. Different technician shows up every time. Just so awful and it feels like we're stuck with them and this equipment unless we purchase our own outright. 😭
