- HMHollie MahadeoJun 2, 20261.0We switched to pool troopers when we converted our pool to salt water. So the salt cell is rented from them and they maintain it and service our pool. It has been nothing but headache since we switched. We love the saltwater pool but they are incapable of maintaining it properly. I think they even stopped selling salt at some point so nobody who works for them even knows how to do it anymore. We've had several new texts show up and treat it like a chlorinated pool. So now our pH is always off. Our chlorine is always too high. We're continuously being told it's not safe to swim and then don't hear an update for 2 weeks. We haven't even been able to get in this season at all It's gotten so bad. Managers don't call back. Different technician shows up every time. Just so awful and it feels like we're stuck with them and this equipment unless we purchase our own outright. ðŸ˜
