  ​Appalling service at the Customer Service department ​I am writing this review with the sole purpose of reporting the unacceptable experience I had at the Customer Service department of this location. ​The staff working in this area demonstrated an absolute lack of professionalism, exhibiting rude behavior and a blatant lack of respect toward the customer. It is highly concerning that the specific department responsible for resolving issues and assisting clients is precisely where the worst treatment is given. ​I consider it a matter of urgency that management takes immediate action and requires this team to undergo intensive training in customer service and interpersonal relations. A business of this scale should not allow the poor manners of a few employees to tarnish its reputation. I strongly advise against dealing with this department if you expect a decent and professional experience

  Online inventory doesn’t match the stores. Was sent down the wrong isle by a lot. Also didn’t appreciate the checkout experience of using self checkout but then having an employee breathing down my neck as I’m trying to pay, telling me I’m doing it wrong and tapping in the wrong spot, when I was tapping the right spot and the machine picked it up a moment later. She then rudely told me to take my receipt. Felt super weird and like she was trying to read my info.

  ​Horrible customer service. Completely unacceptable. ​My husband came to this location on the night of June 10th to buy some tools with a gift card. When it didn’t go through the first time, the customer service rep and the supervisor were incredibly rude instead of trying to help. They actually accused him of fraud and said it "looked like a scam." Even though the girl spoke Spanish, she refused to assist him. ​They tried to run the card a second time, but it had already been blocked by them. My husband left feeling frustrated and had to drive to another Lowe's since he really needed those tools. He had to buy a new gift card, and it worked perfectly on the first try there. It really shows that the difference between stores is the level of customer service they provide. Avoid this location if you can.

  I wish there was a worse rating to assign. NEVER place a custom order for doors or windows from Lowe’s. They are not equipped to handle it. Custom double doors promised delivery four times then postponed by Lowe’s at the last minute (they have AI triggers that don’t work apparently) even after the managers were involved to hand hold the process -multiple missed commitments. The doors finally arrived with a missing key component. Multiple calls to explain the missing items with them arguing they were “on the pallet.” Then missing component promised to arrive by a certain date—no surprise they did not materialize. Please save yourselves the frustration and go to Renewal by Andersen-they dedicate a Project Manager to deal with your order and resolve all road blocks. For Lowe’s you are just a number and they don’t care enough to waste time on a single customer. My hope is to save others the frustration as I sit here with pricey doors that can’t be installed because of missing parts on the locking mechanism…

  I never expected that buying countertops from Lowe's would end with me preparing a court claim simply to obtain the work I already paid for. In July 2025 I contracted with Lowe's for four custom countertop pieces. Two were installed correctly. The other two were measured wrong, fabricated wrong, and never installed — leaving my kitchen unusable since November 2025. For months Lowe's shifted responsibility to its subcontractor, even though my contract is with Lowe's exclusively. After repeated calls, emails, and attorney involvement, the work is still incomplete. The most frustrating part: Lowe's put in writing that it would "complete the installation as contracted," then later claimed the countertops were complete and refused to re-measure or re-fabricate the defective pieces. After months of delays, requests for inspections, and conflicting explanations, I'm still asking for the one thing I requested from the start — the installation I paid for. Deeply disappointed in how Lowe's handles custom projects and customer complaints. My honest recommendation: consider having major custom work done by someone other than Lowe's. If you do use Lowe's, ask upfront — in writing — exactly who will measure, fabricate, and install your project. In my experience with Lowes the work passed from Lowe's to a subcontractor, to that subcontractor's subcontractor, and then to yet another subcontractor — so know exactly who is accountable before you pay, and document every communication from day one.
