  Some of the staff at this store are extremely rude and prejudicial. I would first like to acknowledge that the framing department staff have always been polite, helpful, and amazing. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for certain other employees. Today, I went to pick up one of several items I recently had framed. This particular piece had been redone due to a few minor imperfections, but it had already been fully paid for. I was simply there to pick it up. When I arrived at the counter, no one was present. However, an employee named Giselle was nearby stocking shelves while I repeatedly rang the bell for assistance. Eventually, I had to walk over and ask her directly for help. She asked for my name, which I provided, and then asked if I planned on doing any additional shopping. I explained that I was only there to pick up my item, which had already been paid for. Before even properly reviewing the paperwork, she immediately accused me of lying. I was completely shocked. I calmly explained again that the item had already been paid for. She continued examining the slip as though she was searching for a balance due, only to realize that I had in fact been telling the truth the entire time. Instead of apologizing, she then stated that she needed to escort the item to the front of the store, as though I intended to steal something I had already purchased. She proceeded to carry my framed picture to the front entrance and only handed it to me once we reached the door. I was honestly stunned by the entire interaction. After falsely accusing me of lying and then treating me like a potential thief, the experience felt humiliating and deeply disrespectful. As I stated before, not all employees at this store behave this way, for this reason I gave 2 stars instead of one. However, some clearly display rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional behavior toward customers. This experience was extremely upsetting and unacceptable.
