This place is a SCAM! Avoid this location. I have been an extra space storage customer for 20+ years and rented in 3 states at 4 different locations. I rented a storage locker online in April, and 2 months (June 10th) later I got a letter from them that they were doubling my rate. Never have I ever had such a high increase from Extra Space before and it’s usually every 6 months. They offered a small adjustment to the rate which would still be a 60% increase. Yet they are still advertising significantly cheaper rates online for new customers.
