I love Lowes but they lack employees that can really help explain things. They can point you in the direction of items but do not expect someone that is handy and knows how to use many tools or understands plumbing, flooring, etc. It can be frustrating when I am a single women taking care of my mother and doing everything myself. But the stores are clean and stocked well. Also organized.

Been shopping this store since the day it open!! Most of time exceeding $200,000 in product a year. Not the biggest contractor in the area but I think I still matter!
But today I finally had enough of the stupidity I've been dealing with through the years!
I will be returning any and all items that I currently possess for refund from the store! and then it will be the last time I set foot in it!
If your contractor and you're looking for quality materials they're not here? And if you don't double check your order it will be missing items! This store is not a very time friendly store! If you need to get an order by pickup you better bring some help because typically no one's there to help you pull items I'm a 64-year-old man and I have more than once had to pull items by myself "or bring help! Also had a loose paint lid of oil based paint explode in the back of my 90,000 new truck! because the lid was improperly installed. I could go on but then it'd be another 10 chapters to this book!
I'd rather go to a little mom and pop store pay twice the amount$ then put up with this stupidity..

Jordan who was working at the order pickup area was extremely helpful today with quickly putting together a last minute order for me and then loading it into the trailer. I was expecting to only get part of the order this morning and he made sure I got the whole thing. Went above and beyond with the help of some other team members as well. Highly recommend this stores customer service.
