  Went to Raymour and Flanagan furniture I had the absolute pleasure of shopping there where I met probably the best furniture sales person I’ve ever encountered. Her name is. Brandi Jones😊 she helped me with her decorating expertise to find exactly what I was looking for. I purchased a living room set, sunroom set and bedroom set. She was absolutely amazing.!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Brandi for any and all of your furniture and accessory needs😊

  I had a great experience. They staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Marcus was great! He was very knowledgeable when helping me pick out a mattress. Today Adam was nice and helpful when picking out my comfy chair for my extra room. Both were very nice and attentive. I had a nice experience Thank you to both!!

  We phoned the R&F store to see if they had the twin headboard we needed. We were connected to Tom Shaw who was extremely helpful and showed us the item we needed on the website. We were able to buy it and arrange delivery and assembly over the phone. We were very grateful for the service he gave and the value of the headboard. Thank you!

  The 1 star is not for the store itself. Mike is a great guy and did everything to help myself and my wife with our situation. Washington M. is also a very nice gentleman and wonderful to talk with, very knowledgeable. No this 1 star is for their service and installation/delivery crew. Part 1 of our issue consists with the service handyman coming to my home, half assing a repair, and leaving without saying anything or showing the repair to be actually done and done right. Part 2 consists of the new bedframe being delivered with broken and split slats, slats that are WAY to thin to support one human being let alone 2 and a mattress, and the fact the install crew still put the frame together, put the mattress on and called it job complete knowing shit was wrong and again, not saying anything. At this point I'm half tempted to get my money back for the difference in the warrenty replacement frame and take my buisness elsewhere. This situation as a whole is unacceptable and quite frankly pathetic that its come to this.

  From the moment my husband and I entered the store we were greeted with a big smile from Gary. We told him we were looking for a couch but undecided on the type of material we should get with having grandchildren and dogs. He explained Andy would be best for us and helped us decide on our purchase. Talking with Gary was like talking to an old friend great personality!!
