  Outstanding, Pressure Free Mattress Buying Experience with Mr. Washington My husband and I had an excellent experience at Raymour & Flanigan thanks to Mr. Washington and the entire welcoming staff. From the moment we walked in, there was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase. Instead, Mr. Washington encouraged us to take our time and try a wide variety of mattresses. He started by asking thoughtful questions about our sleep styles, what brought us into the store, and how we wanted to feel when we woke up each morning. His knowledge of every mattress we tried was impressive, and he explained the differences between firm, medium, and plush options in a way that made it easy to understand. Comfort was our top priority, especially because my husband has ongoing back issues. Mr. Washington carefully guided us through different choices while respecting our budget. He showed us options ranging from entry-level models to premium collections, allowing us to compare comfort, quality, and value side by side. We hadn't purchased a mattress in years, so I admit today's prices were a bit of a shock at first. However, his honesty, patience, and expertise made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. After about an hour of testing mattresses, we found the perfect fit for both of us: the Beautyrest Black Hybrid Series Three XCS Medium Mattress paired with the Tempur-Ergo ProSmart Adjustable Base. While this combination is certainly an investment, the comfort has made it worthwhile. Raymour & Flanigan also honored a price match, and we were able to take advantage of their Fourth of July sale, which made us feel even better about our purchase. Another pleasant surprise was the delivery. Other retailers estimated a three- to four-week wait, but our mattress arrived in just 14 days. Although it's too soon to comment on how the mattress will perform after several months or a year, our first impressions have been outstanding. The best part of this entire experience was seeing the look on my husband's face after his first full night's sleep. Watching him wake up feeling rested and noticeably more comfortable was absolutely priceless. Thank you, Mr. Washington and Team, for your patience, professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine care. You turned what could have been an overwhelming shopping experience into one that left us feeling confident in our decision. We're already waking up feeling better, and we're grateful for your help

  Both times I visited the store, Pete was very welcoming and a good conversationalist. He was professional and thorough with all information. The first visit, he allowed us time to just browse and review different sectionals on our own. The second time, when I had made up my mind what pieces I wanted, he remained with me the entire time to pick out the exact fabrics I wanted. He showed them in different lighting and helped me narrow down to what I considered the perfect combination of fabrics. He explained all the paperwork that was needed and made sure I understood policies and delivery. He was wonderful to work with, given he was working on the 4th of July holiday.   Ended up getting a great mattress but delivery service left our stairway carpet badly soiled. Of course, Raymour & Flanigan take no responsibility for it nor are they interested in problem solving. Because they outsource delivery, they refer any problems to that vendor. When we contacted them and included pictures, we were told they would get back to us in a week or so. Issue still isn't resolved. Going forward, I don't believe I'd shop here again as a result of my experience with delivery and Raymour & Flanigan's response to our issue. I've include a pic Every landing and riser has a stain.

  I purchased a power reclining sofa. Our salesman, Adam, walked us through and let us take our time trying out over a dozen of them in the beautiful showroom. Adam was great and so was the 0% financing! Probably the nicest experience I have ever had purchasing furniture.

  Marcus Thompson our salesman was excellent. After expressing what we were looking for,he very efficiently brought us to the areas where the couches were located and his knowledge of the products was great. Would definitely recommend this store.
