  From the moment we walked into Raymour & Flanigan until the time we walked out, it was nothing but an exceptional experience. Mr. Washington was very professional, yet personable, knowledgeable and patient as I am very particular. For future furniture purchases, I will definitely return to this particular Raymour & Flanigan and specifically ask for Mr. Washington. I highly recommend him!!!

  I have shopped here before. This time my experience was great. Pete was a very helpful salesman. He took his time with me and I didn't feel rushed at all. I got just what I wanted in a bed and mattress. The delivery went very well and I have been extremely pleased with the new bed.

  My husband and I just purchased our new sectional from the Raymour and Flanigan store on 202 in Wilmington. Our salesperson, Marcus, was exceptional from start to finish. He was patient as we walked around the store looking at different sets, answered all our questions in detail, and made us feel like we had his undivided attention from the moment he introduced himself to the moment we walked out of the store after buying our sectional. If you are in the market for furniture, ask for Marcus. He will ensure you get exactly what you need. Marcus is the best salesperson I’ve dealt with in a long time.

  After years of shopping at the Wilmington, DE, Raymour and Flanigan, I have to admit this customer service experience was a disappointment. Although our sales rep was friendly and eager to help, he snagged us before finishing with another customer which took almost 90 more minutes. He did come back to check on us, but should have passed us on to another salesperson and in hindsight, we should have asked, as our selection was made. When we were able to sit down and start the purchase, the internet connection was glitchy and he seemed a little unsure of the electronic purchase process. Between answering calls and asking for help, our sales rep put an iPad in front of me to navigate through the information and selections on my own. Without his guidance, I unknowingly selected "progressive lease" instead of regular financing, and at the 2 hour mark, he and the manager said they couldn't figure out how to back me out of that selection. When I asked to cancel the entire purchase, the manager offered me a discount on the furniture if I could pay with another method. Because I wanted the particular piece ASAP, and the discounted price was acceptable, I ended up paying for it with another method. It was a frustrating evening.

  Dennis helped us find a great bedroom set for our daughter. He was available and attentive but gave us space to explore and discuss privately. When we came back to the store after exploring others, he was right there with the order we had discussed at his fingertips making the whole experience very smooth.
