- NENatasha “Cakes-N-Kisses” Evans3 days ago2.0Usually have a good experience here. Normally it's very clean, tidy, and overall organized. Not sure if the staff working today is new or not. One young lady spent a lot of time behind the counter on her phone. This was after she had folded some clothes. Carts were scattered everywhere, floors needed to be swept. Carts were in the side aisle in between the big dryers and washers making it difficult to maneuver. Bottom line there were things to be done instead of being on the phone.

The website is easy to use I usually check it before I come in so I don’t have to worry about being stuck in there all day. Always a good time. Literally sing myself through the laundry lol
- NLNaeNae LuckyJun 20, 20265.0I started coming here about 2 years ago and from the first time I step through this door until present day the customer service has been exceptional especially ms Tamika aka tee she been wonderful with me and my kids go above and beyond to make sure our wash day is exceptional I usually wash here every two weeks today was the very first day my husband came with me and tee welcome him here with open arms thank you for hiring exceptional people who make my wash here at blue water wash very relaxing and let’s not forget the awesome tunes that plays in the tv along with the movies and kids cartoon so everyone has something to their liking to pass the time

It is very clean, the staff is always cleaning the floor, the dryer vents, wiping down the machines, and the bathroom is always clean and fresh. The convenience of 24 hours service is great for everyone working different hours. I never have to wait for a machine and the staff are all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. With the economy that we are in, I am grateful for such an establishment for the underserved community. Thank you for all your support and dedication.

Since all of our services are paid for through the BlueWater Wash Laundry Card (Self Service, Wash & Fold, and Vending Machines), our Laundry Card Kiosks accept Cash, CreditCard, EBT cards, Apple and Samsung Pay.
Forget your Laundry Card? Use the LaundryCat App on your phone and simply tap your phone on the card reader attached to your machine to pay for your wash cycle. It’s as easy as that!
Do the washers lock?
Yes your washer remains locked during the entire wash cycle. Be sure to be present when the cycle completes to remove your clothes, as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
How long is a wash cycle?
Each wash cycle completes in 30-35 minutes.
What is the LaundryCat App?
The LaundryCat App allows our customers another payment option via their cell phone. They can effortlessly begin their loads of laundry by simply tapping their phone on the card readers attached to each laundry machine. If you need assitance, flag down one of our attendants and they will gladly assist you!
You can also check your available LaundryCat balance on the app and add additional money to your balance via Apple/Samsung Pay or with any debit/credit card.
How quickly can my WDF order be completed?
At BlueWater Wash, we offer same day and next day Wash & Fold Service.We’re here to accomodate you, depending on your needs! Customers will also receive a text message as soon as their order is complete and ready for pickup.
What products do you sell in the store?

How does the dryer know how many minutes I've earned?
After your wash, depending on which size washing machine you use, your laundry card communicates with the dryer that you choose to award you your free dry minutes!
