Blinds to Go has a lifetime warranty on all their products. Eventually everything wears out and I have had three of my blinds repaired or replaced under Blinds to Go incredible warranty. There are no problems when a blind is brought in for warranty repair and Elsie and Jennifer at the Kirkwood Highway store in Wilmington, DE are super friendly and help you with a smile and a good sense of humor.
