  I am really unhappy with this store. From unethical sales tactics, to different managers telling me conflicting stories. Had to give up on making payments on my account because of not receiving statements and not being able to get into online account reliably. Talking to them by phone has been USELESS! Not to mention the furniture prematurely falling apart. Now I’m left with junk furniture and ruined credit. For the record….sending me to your generic hotline and/or generic email is not working.. It would be nice if someone higher up reached out.

  I walked in and was greeted upon entering. She was very informative and showed me an amazing set that I knew was for me RIGHT AWAY. I also wasn't aware of the protection plans on both the furniture and the mattress which is a must have when you are investing that type of money. Sooo I'm glad she told me about that. Definitely going back to purchase some other pieces and will recommend Gina to friends and family.

  The Christiana Delaware store was well lit with lots of natural light and has a full variety of household and outdoor furniture. We spoke with Mo Bejta, who listened to our preferences and showed us the multitude of options they had available. No hard sales pitch or pressure to purchase that day, even though we ordered the perfect sofa after trying about a dozen. Mo made it a pleasurable experience and is a knowledgeable and “no pressure” guide. I highly recommend asking for his help if you visit the Christiana store. My wife and I are very pleased with our first furniture purchase since we became empty nesters and look forward to returning for our next shopping experience.

  We found what we were looking for. The representative listened to what we wanted. However, there was confusion at check out regarding the gift cards that were part of the promotion. Also, we have to return to buy a power pack because the couch has power recliners. Even though we mentioned we are placing the couch in the middle of the floor, the representative didn’t talk to us about how it will receive power. We realized the problem once getting home and don’t feel confident in finding an appropriate power pack on our own online.

  AMANDA WAS INCREDIBLE!! I was there tonight to help my wonderful mother in law get herself a beautiful new sofa set. It took quite a while for us to browse and narrow it down. She ultimately landed on a beautiful top grain leather set. I know she will love it. Amanda was patient, kind, very knowledgeable and also made us feel very much appreciated and like she truly enjoyed helping us. She did not pressure us at all. She thoroughly explained the features and benefits of the pieces, the warranty and the financing options if we needed it. By far the best experience I have ever had purchasing furniture. Great job, we'll definitely be back to see Amanda!
