  The sales team was great. Lisa, I was the one who assisted me. She was excellent presentation 10 floor knowledge 10. Then Sam came over, who was the store manager? Nice guy, nice presentation all around 10. This was a great shopping experience for me. I would definitely go back and do more business. Thanks a lot.

  The furniture is beautifully made. From Canada, it included a hefty delivery charge, which I assume is due to tariffs. The first delivery team was excellent..professional and efficient. I was informed of a damaged table leaf and was asked to assess it for acceptance or rejection. I asked for it to be replaced and the manager stated the entire table would be replaced, but told me to use the one delivered, while he requested a new one. The second delivery team included Michael Kenney, who asked irrelevant and inappropriate questions, and said the table on his truck was not the same, so the team left. Through a few subsequent phone calls to and from the manager, the table was later delivered and it was obvious Michael Kenney did not know his merchandise or follow directions well from Raymour and Flanigan. That is a delivery error and not a store issue but I hope Michael is educated about appropriate delivery procedures in the future. My sales person was Amanda, a very nice person but she needs to learn more about the products she sells, so she can answer questions readily. Each question I had required Amanda to ask a superior for answers or she had look up information. Bottom line was the ordering process was too lengthy a process. The other comment I will make is that while I ordered the " distressed finish" for the table top, I didn't realize all the chair backs and legs would also be distressed. The table top and chair seats are brown, and all legs and chair backs are white. While I like the look look, others may not and that should be noted by the sales person prior to ordering.

  Purchased bedroom and living room furniture with a total cost $10,000+. I was told that I could receive 0% financing for 18 months. Took advantage of this. Unfortunately, the application was incorrectly prepared by the sales associate resulting in a slew of issues with the financial institutions. This resulted in the denial of my request for financing. Even though my credit is fine, the errors made by the associated caused me to lose 18 months of financing at a time were distributed payments would have been helpful. The thing that troubles me the most is that was no accountability in reconciling the matter. The response given was we don't know what cause the glitch. Paying attention to what customers say during a purchase could have prevented this. Don't know if I will shop

  I recently purchased a power leather recliner from Raymour & Flanigan, and I have to say, I had a really great experience. The salesman, Sean, who helped me was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, intelligent, and helpful, and he took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured at all. Everyone else in the store was also extremely friendly and welcoming. And I have to give them extra credit because they let me bring my dog, Ruby, into the store. She absolutely loved all the attention, and the staff seemed to love her just as much! 😂 It was just an enjoyable experience from start to finish. I’m very happy with my purchase of the recliner and with the service I received. I would definitely recommend Raymour & Flanigan and would shop there again.

  My husband and I always shop at Raymour & Flanigan. Our sales rep, Amanda was so helpful, patient and encouraging. We came to this location because of her assistance back in May with a purchase from another Raymour location. Because of her we will purchase our living room furniture from this location.
