  This is a very reliable and respected company. I highly recommend them for their thoroughness, professionalism, and customer service. Special shout out to Timothy, who goes above and beyond for his customers. A great service overall.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could leave zero stars, I would. This company is disgusting. I had entrusted them to get rid of a pest problem we had been dealing with for 6 months with absolutely no resolutions. A manager even admitted to me the techs were using the OPPOSITE PEST SPRAY needed for my issue and he also admitted they were telling me FALSE information!! Technicians were rude and always in a hurry. The manager attacked me for speaking up regarding no changes in my pest issue. The company is extremely greedy with their money. They did not offer to give me a refund after, again, providing services that I paid for and the issues were not resolved. Not only that, when you call to schedule, they make you wait weeks because there is not “a tech in the area until weeks later.” I’m paying for a contract- you should be coming out as soon as possible, not out of convenance. I hired another company out of pocket after spending hundreds with Tri State- the new company was able to help us and told us the spray Tri State was using was definitely not going to work for any pest. Absolutely atrocious excuse for a pest control company!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. UPDATE: I had called another company to take care of my carpenter ant problem that Tri State was hired to treat. I gave Tri State 6 months to treat it and they gave me every excuse in the book as to why they couldn’t get it under control… then they refused to give us a refund after hundreds upon hundreds spent with them. The new company got rid of our entire carpenter ants problem within days!! AGAIN, THIS COMPANY IS A POOR EXCUSE FOR PEST CONTROL.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience with Tri State Pest Management for our general pest control service. Greg M was the technician who came to our house, and he was excellent — professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and very thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered our questions clearly, and made sure the service was completed properly. It is always reassuring when someone is both skilled and courteous while working in your home. Greg represented the company very well, and we truly appreciated his attention to detail and great customer service. I would highly recommend Tri State Pest Management and especially Greg M for anyone looking for reliable and professional pest control service.

  I had a great experience with Tri-State Pest Management. My technician, Greg, was excellent. He was professional, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns. I especially appreciated that he respected my wishes about where I did and did not want spraying done. Greg also asked thoughtful questions, such as whether I had seen ants, bees, or other pest activity recently. Those questions prompted me to mention a few things I otherwise might have forgotten, which showed his attention to detail and commitment to providing thorough service. It’s clear that customer service is important to him, and he made the entire experience easy and comfortable. I highly recommend Tri-State Pest Management and would be happy to work with Greg again.
