  Do yourself a favor and go to the Lewes location. Their app is always up to date with in stock items, when you purchase stuff for pick up it doesn’t take 3 days to be ready and when you have stuff delivered it’s always a complete order and not missing parts. I’ve experienced all of the above from Millsboro location pretty much every time. I’ll drive the extra 20 minutes.

  I had all intent in leaving a 1 star rating because of the poor service I received regarding scheduling an installation for 2 storm doors. But, in all fairness, it wasn't Lowes' fault but that of the company they are contracted with to do the labor. After receiving and reviewing the contract, I paid for the quote for the installation. Six days later I reached out to the installation company/department to determine when the work would commence. I was advised that I needed to pay an additional fee because a build-out was required and they forgot to add it into the original quote. I refused to pay any more money for their error. Long story short, I worked with the most accommodating and patient gentlemen named Joe (Millworks). He sorted through issue to help to get my project back on track. Imo...he deserves a raise!

  Went to this Lowes to buy a cheap 16 ft tape measure. They had Kobalt and Craftsman branded for $9., what a ripoff. I went to Harbor Freight in the next shopping center and bought a similar tape measure for $4. I understand over paying for premium tools, but this is ridiculous..

  Lowe’s really came through with a significant discount on the Ego Z6 mower, which is normally a $6,000 investment. This machine has been a fantastic upgrade for maintaining the grounds. Ride and Drive Modes The ride quality is impressively smooth, feeling like a professional-grade machine with a seat suspension that makes a noticeable difference during long sessions. It features three distinct drive modes: • Control: Perfect for protecting the turf and navigating tight corners or delicate landscaping. • Standard: Great for everyday, balanced mowing tasks. • Sport: Provides maximum responsiveness and speed for clearing wide-open areas quickly. Cut Quality The cut is clean and consistent across the board. Even when tackling thicker patches, the blades maintain high torque without bogging down, leaving the lawn looking professionally manicured with very little effort. Final Verdict If you are looking to move away from gas without sacrificing power or professional features, this is the way to go. Between the reliability of the Ego brand and the great deal I found at Lowe’s, I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase.

  We just bought a new dishwasher from Lowe’s Millsboro. This experience has ended my loyalty to Lowe’s. The issue is with their delivery system. We were told delivery would be 5 days later…reasonable. Then Lowes had a problem with getting the ordered model to their store and presto, delivery would be May 11th, 17 days after we paid for the machine, not acceptable in my opinion. Basically their customer service became “this is your problem and you can call our subcontractor to try and get an earlier delivery date”. This is the state of customer service today, we aren’t here to help, this is your issue to deal with, good luck. Completely unacceptable. P.S. the machine arrived at the Millsboro store the morning of April 29th our original delivery date and they still could not meet the schedule they gave us.
