  Would ya take…SIX Stars? We are relocating to Delaware from Connecticut and my wife called All Climate in Millsboro before we headed down to make storage arrangements while our new home is being built. Erica was great on the phone -- friendly and informative. And fabulous once we arrived — knowledgeable, great sense of humor — and explained everything regarding storage unit sizes, pricing, promotions — the whole shebang – so we could make a decision in the little time we had during our visit. In fact, we had planned on checking out other storage facilities nearby; but after meeting Erica and touring the immaculate facility, we knew we were in the right place. Erica is a KEEPER – thanks!

  Okay, I have to shout out Erica because she is seriously awesome. I came in with a million questions about climate-controlled units (storing some furniture and old electronics, didn’t want anything getting ruined) and they were so patient walking me through everything. No pushy sales stuff, just genuinely helpful advice on what size/setup actually made sense for my stuff. They even checked in after I moved everything in to make sure the unit met our needs. Two weeks later, we add another unit and move our RV to their secure area. Honestly made the whole storage unit search way less annoying than it usually is. If you end up here, ask for Erica — total rockstar. 🙌

  The facility is clean and the staff (especially the Manager, Erica) were extremely helpful. We are very happy with our experience so far.

  Very clean, climate controlled units, friendly staff, with easy access.. Customer service is phenomenal!
