They almost always have what I need in stock, thing I dislike the most is self checkout. It not just Lowes that does this but the last few times I've been there that's been the only option to pay which forced me to use my debit card when I had cash on my pocket.

You’re down $400 today and much more in the future. 45 minutes in 87 degree weather in the curbside pickup. At 30 minutes I asked the status and a kid in charge of “fulfillment” asks me what I’m picking up and to give him a minute. At 45 minutes I cancelled my order and will buy all my kitchen cabinets elsewhere.

I bought various items from this store, and received the worst customer service.
First, I bought a grill and paid for it to be assembled and delivered. After many messages saying it was going to be delivered and was rescheduled it never came. I called and was told it was on back order and they would need to refund me. That was 2 weeks of wasted time and no one had curiosity to let me know.
Next I bought a patio set. A worker Bill there took my order. I told him I wanted the patio set delivered and assembled. He charged me for it and said when the patio was shipped to the store, he would call me to set up for the delivery date. One week later, I get an email saying my patio set was ready for PICK UP. I go into the store, where a manger named Jimmy helps me. He says Bill only put my order in as pick up. He said he would have to cancel the order, then re charge my card for it to be delivered. So that's what he did. One week later, I have not heard a word about my patio set being delivered or assembled. I call to ask and a lady tells me oh no hat order has been cancelled. I tell her it was cancelled then reordered as delivery. She cannot help me. So, I go in and wait over 30 minutes to talk to another manger, Rashida. Rashida tells me that Jimmy put my order in a "dummy order" whatever that means?? So, it's basically a ghost order that no one can see. She says she needs to speak Jimmy and see what she can do. She said she would call me back the following the day. 6 pm rolls around and I have not heard anything. I call and Rashida says she didn't forget about me. I don't understand why this is so hard. Another day passes by. I hear nothing. I call and speak to someone else. She says the patio set has been sold but doesn't know if it's even there. No one can help me at all apparently. I have paid $1500 and they have took my money and have no clue where my patio set even is or when I can get it. I am so frustrated. Thank god I kept the receipt. If that even matters at this point.
UPDATE - Some one called back and said my patio set was there and that they could deliver it tomorrow. I got at 6 pm from an auto mated message that my delivery will arrive between 8-12.
The next morning Randy from assembly and delivery at Lowes says they have no order for me. Not even assembled. They said to call Jimmy. Jimmy did apologize for all the trouble. He offered me a credit. Now my patio set was delivered missing the cap for the umbrella, and severely scratched up that I could not accept it. I am still waiting for a refund a week later.
Update - 1 week later I called for the status of my refund and the lady put me on hold for some time and said she was able process my 1500 refund. I cannot believe that I had to call to ask for my refund AGAIN because no one ever did it. What kind of store is this? There are SERIOUS issues this store needs to work out. I will never deal with them again.

I love this store so much. Every time I come in with a random DIY repair, I find the most helpful associates. Today, I needed to replace the hose bib vacuum to fix a leak on my outdoor spigot. The gentleman Eric, in doors and windows, and Ron from electric steered me in the right direction and explained what they understood (since plumbing wasn’t necessarily their expertise). I’m happy to say that I have a fully functional outdoor spigot and hose now. Thank you so much! I tried to call the store to recognize them, but had no luck so I’m leaving the review here! Hopefully the store sees this!
