  It is important to support locally owned businesses whenever possible. When we had to order various appliances for our new home, we researched and selected Millman's. We would highly recommend Millman's for any sale and service. Rose is amazing with Vicky by her side. Rose knows the products well and is the glue that keeps them running. When we had an issue Don Phillips was there for the rescue. Don's customer service skills and follow up were superb.He saved the day. And Sam while scheduling is always a difficult task, he followed through with a personal visit to our home. Jordan and the installing crew were professional and thorough and highly experienced. Thank you for the making our house a home.

  We ordered a new refrigerator from Millmans , had it delivered and the next day it was making a terrible noise. Called Millmans and they ordered a new refrigerator for us. It was no fault of Millmans, it seems to be a manufacturer defect, but Millmans made it right. We love our new refrigerator. Thank you Millmans.

  On Monday our 18-year-old built-in fridge quit on us and with renters checking in on Wednesday afternoon needed a replacement quickly. I ordered a new fridge from a big box store for Wednesday delivery, but by Tuesday morning (August 11th), I got an email saying it was out of stock and wouldn’t be available until August 18th that wasn't going to work. A neighbor recommended Millman’s, so we drove about 45 minutes to their Lewes location hoping they could help. We talked with Rose and explained how urgent everything was. Even though their scratch-and-dent units were already gone, she said they had just gotten a new refrigerator in their showroom. It was just what we were looking for. The owner came out personally. He said they could deliver it the same day. He even set up a separate crew to come right away and remove our old built-in unit. Within a few hours, five delivery guys were at our house. They took out the old refrigerator, which they said weighed around 700 pounds, and carefully worked it through the house, out onto the deck, and down a set of stairs with a turn. They did it all without damaging anything or getting hurt. It was honestly nerve racking but amazing to watch. They installed the new fridge, hooked up the water line, and made sure everything was working before they left. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and helpful. Millman's turned what could’ve been a major stressful situation into a smooth, stress-free experience. Their quick response and teamwork went way beyond what we expected. We’re really grateful and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing appliances, especially in a pinch.

  After almost two months of not being called back and ignored I finally felt like a valued customer thanks to Don Phillips who was filling in back at service he explained that there has been recent changes he couldn’t discuss. So he listened to my grievances about my product being under warranty and no solutions as of today. He said he would call me back I told him I wouldn’t hold my breath he gave me his personal line and said if I didn’t hear back I would have his private #. I could only agree in hopes he would remedy this. True to his word Don called me back and patiently explained I was in fact out of warranty and that’s why they sell extended packages to avoid these situations and to be sure on my next purchase to make the investment. What went from a really sh*** situation to one that didn’t end in my favor I just want to applaud this guy for being honest and at least taking the time to explain and not just avoid my calls and voicemails thanks again

  My wife and I had to replace both a dishwasher and a washing machine in the past 6 months. We did our research and chose Millman's Appliances because of the great selection, excellent quality, and knowledge of their sales staff. Our washing machine was delivered and installed today by Alex, Jordan, and Aiden. Even though it's a tight space, they got the old washer out and installed the new washer easily. And despite the tight space, they took the time to make sure that they protected our floors. It's clear that the Millman's team (sales, warehouse, and delivery) has their act together. The delivery gentlemen were friendly and kind. Definitely highly recommend and will go back for future purchases!
