  We had a wonderful experience with Millman’s from the time we walked in the door! Rose and Vicki were extremely helpful and super friendly. I can’t thank them enough for their help and kindness. Delivery went smoothly by two friendly gentleman, Aiden and Jordan! We had a very minor issue and Millman’s responded immediately and sent out Bruce who had our issue fixed in minutes! I highly recommend this local company to anyone in the market for appliances!

  Bought a brand new Bosch dishwasher from Milmans Appliance in October and in June the heating element went bad. My daughter has had multiple calls to the service dept with no response. I now have got involved and made phone calls and voicemails to the Service Dept, Sales and Customer Service and was put on hold by Rose in Sales for 22 minutes and she never picked up. At this point maybe this negative review might get them to call me back but I would suggest taking your business elsewhere. We have been down without a dishwasher for over a month and it is only 6 months old… unacceptable and very poor on Bosch and Milmans….do better….a pissed off consumer!

  Well we had a washer delivered Friday it wasn’t the right model we ordered one with an agitator ..I noticed after hours Friday so Alex and Don Phillips promised to come back today (Sunday) they kept their word and were on time very professional and friendly guys what started out as a reason not to shop with Millman’s again became the reason I will never shop elsewhere outstanding customer service guys 5 stars

  Millman’s Appliances was recommended by a friend. My husband and I drove out to their showroom from Ocean View De and it was well worth the trip. Rose, the store manager, was amazing. She took control and told us about the products that she thought was best for our beach house. She was not trying to just sell us the most expensive products. She listened to what we needed and fit what appliances would work. She really knows all about them. Very enthusiastic and personable. We actually were so pleased we bought new appliances for our home in Maryland. Everything will be delivered soon. The funny thing…. While I was still sitting in their showroom ordering my appliances for my Maryland home, the delivery department called me about my ocean view home about when we can schedule delivery. That was 10 min after I placed that order. So far, very happy.

  I want to commend the following people for going beyond expectations of service! Rose in sales is a gem resolving problems including delivery issues which goes beyond her sales responsibilities. She brings service with a smile and has a heart of gold! Don and Alec in the delivery department worked to deliver my refrigerator on their day off missing Alex’s daughter’s birthday party. They were kind, courteous and accommodating. Bruce in the repair department was timely, kind, courteous and resolved all issues including ordering new door fronts. Service is everything!
