I came here looking for a light bulb for my refrigerator as mine just went out. I looked for 20 minutes on my own but they didn't have the exact type as my old one so I went to ask someone what I could use since none of the specifications matched the one that burnt out. I asked 4 different employees and none of them would help me. Just kept telling me the aisle number and I explained that I had already been down there but they don't have a specialty section for a refrigerator and that none of the bulbs said it was used for that and asked if someone could walk with me down the area and help me find one that was comparable and ok to use in a refrigerator. Last one said they would send someone over. Ok no problem....20 minutes later and no one even stepped into the aisle. I will go to Home Depot from now on.

Can't say enough good things about Jeff! I purchased a lawn tractor online from this store. As there were no other locations in my area that had that specific tractor in stock. Drove nearly 300 miles round trip from ocean county NJ to pick up the tractor the day after the online purchase. Jeff greeted me at the door, looked up the sales order and immediately got to work making sure the tractor was ready for use. He went above and beyond helping get the tractor loaded onto my truck. He is a huge asset to Lowes! No doubt, he is an ace!!
