I once bought a roll of wire that was not full length. My only assumption is that someone bought it and used some of it and returned it in the original package and the store associate must not have checked

The employees sure are snobby especially the one young girl with red hair and glasses. She didn't show any interest at all in helping me. As a matter of fact they all have strange behavior and hate towards customers. The way they ignore you tells you alot about not being able to communicate with people.

Absolutely horrible customer service at the Camden Delaware Lowe’s. We arrived BEFORE closing time for a curbside pickup after receiving confirmation that our items were ready. We parked in the designated pickup area, followed the instructions, and called the store only to be answeredwith rude, disrespectful, and nasty employees on the phone.
We were told they “couldn’t open the doors,” yet customers were literally still walking into the store after hours while we sat outside waiting for an order that had already been confirmed ready for pickup. The attitude from staff was essentially that they did not care and that we would “have to come back another day.”
For a business that spends a significant amount of money at Lowe’s on a regular basis, this level of dishonesty and disrespect is unacceptable. If curbside pickup is unavailable after a certain time, then Lowe’s needs to clearly state that in the app instead of misleading customers into believing their order can still be picked up.
This store is being run by rude, unprofessional people who either do not understand customer service or simply do not care. Between the lying, poor communication, and complete lack of accountability, this will absolutely be the last time we choose to do business with this Lowe’s location.

Jeff is an absolute superstar! From the moment I walked in, he immediately asked if I needed anything. I let him know I was there to pick up a mobile order, and he jumped right on it without hesitation. He asked me to hang tight and even offered me a water while I waited such a thoughtful touch! I told him I was fine, but the hospitality and service were top notch. Nathan was also incredibly helpful. The Camden Lowe’s always delivers some of the best customer service. Great team thank you!
