Echoing what others mention: a clean, well-lit and secure space but what really stands out is the staff. Ariana is so personable (even on a grim, wet day) as is Dalonte. He goes out of his way to help navigate account issues, particularly in this ever-changing business. I hope ExtraSpace continues to empower their employees to make customers feel valued.

I don’t have any issues with the storage facility itself or the employees they have always been helpful and professional. My concern is with the constant rate increases. I started paying $115 per month, and after being here for almost two years, my rate has increased to $178. It seems like every 5–6 months the price goes up, and I don’t understand why. While the service has been fine, the repeated rate hikes make it difficult to justify staying long-term. I would appreciate more transparency regarding how and why these increases are determined.
