The staff are great… they noticed my storage unit was left unlocked one day(because I forgot to lock it), and they locked it for me, called me to make sure I knew that they had put a different lock on it, and then, because they noticed I usually visit after their normal office hours, they switched the lock to a combo lock so that I could still open it if I were to need to come outside of their office hours again. Thanks so much Team Extra Space Storage.
