From renting the unit online to being able to get my things into storage, the process was seemless. I checked in with Lajuan who was so friendly and helpful. She explained how to gain access to the building through the app, let me know where everything in the building was for access during and after hours. Once I got to my unit, it was clean and had my lock ready to go. I can’t say enough good things about this storage facility and the employees there that help with a smile.

DO NOT RENT HERE! Don’t let the reviews they encourage you to write when you first move in fool you. I experienced poor management & maintenance of this facility. I left my packaged belongings in a third floor, air conditioned unit for 8 months & returned to find my unit was severely infested with rat droppings, piss, and roaches. I did not leave any food or drinks in my unit. Several of my items & furniture were ruined. When I returned to move out my things, there were roaches and droppings scattered outside of the unit doors surrounding the units near mine as well. Despite having property managers onsite who patrol the facility, I was never informed of a potential infestation in the neighboring units. When I came to the front office, they did not take responsibility or offer refunded rent for my full or partial stay. But instead they raised my rent price despite my items being compromised. The extent of the damage could have been avoided if they had communicated they saw droppings and roaches near my unit. I was able to process a claim through the associated insurance company but have not received any refund from this facility. This is an incredible health hazard and was very distressing & traumatizing to experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone!
