So far, this has been a great experience, from signing up online to finding the location, picking up the key and being shown where the storage space is. Looking forward to moving my belongings in!

There’s a humidity problem. My boxes were on the 5th floor and were all damp at the bottom. There are also roaches. Accessing the building is not very convenient, having to type a lengthy code in at every door and elevator. It’s great for security, but access should be made easier for users.

Clean and easy. Helpful staff. The corporate algo will hike your rent, just be aware. But Michael has been helpful and kind.

I called about the price increase, the gentleman helped me out even though he was busy. Valued my time and told me he would call back (which he did) and provided a solution to the problem. Got it back to a reasonable price.
