I called back at 5:14 PM, 5:15 PM, 5:24 PM, 5:50 PM, and 5:58 PM. Basically, I’ve called 6xs between YESTERDAY AND TODAY, NO ANSWER. You can never get anybody on the phone here. I can pay online but I wanted to understand why my storage fee keeps randomly going up. Based on the review below me, I’m not the only one with this question. It’s always some bs excuse then they wave some random fee they made up to make me feel like they did me a favor. Oh and if you think I’m exaggerating about them not answering calls or returning calls, see attached call history. 0/10… they need to learn customer retention.
