I work for a moving company and yesterday me and the crew we're at this extra space storage on arrow road. There wasn't much we were picking up but as the gears were turning and we were done loading our truck, our driver who will not be named left all of our hand trucks on the elevator which was his only responsibility really that day.
Anyway, I realized on the drop off location we were missing out companies equipment and we reached out to the Extra Space Storage, reached the front desk and spoke to Eligio.
What a champ, saved the day, Eligio heard our conundrum and went above and beyond, located the missing equipment and set it aside for us at the front desk. Very friendly and professional, runs a tight operation over there too. Storage facilities are always clean and well maintained.
Eligio, thank you so much again, headache averted, you are greatly appreciated.
