I reserved a unit specifically for 1st floor it said 1st floor paid hundred fifty something dollars realized it was not a 1st floor unit upon arrival and requested for help with getting the 1st floor as it was telling me online it was available we I ended up having to get a bigger unit and was told that the amount I paid online won’t transfer over and I owed one hundred twelve more dollars in order to move in. I asked for help from a manager was told I couldn’t get one at the moment so I asked for a full refund on that unit that I never stepped foot into being that it was not on 1st floor and was told I can not get a refund 🤦🏽♀️

Extra Space location in Wethersfield was clean...do this location have problems with mice? saw mice traps in corners. Other then that I wanted to specify that when walking off from the elevator there should be signage to show direction of specific # to storage spaces...can get lost
