- ARAndrea RudolphAug 14, 20262.0The valet service has been unpredictable from the start and this service was the worst of them all. I’ve had a cloudy water problem since the third week of owning this new tub (since May 10th) and the problem is still not resolved. It took several phone calls and a threat to contact the BBB to finally get someone out for this latest service (two weeks late). The service person came and went without me knowing - no notification of arrival, no service tag that it was completed, and no opportunity to talk to the person and figure out what was going on (even though I was working from home that day). Even after the service was completed, the filter bag was still dirty and the two chemical containers I left out for refill were untouched. Not happy at all with the valet service and won’t be using them again. By the way, I would have put 1 star but the first two service people were helpful in teaching us about hot tub care (when they finally got there). And Bill was GREAT when we were buying our tub.
