  My only concern is who decided to line the walkway up with folding tables taking away the customer seating that was there previously? Nice idea in theory, but why would you cause the walkway to now be blocked with full laundry baskets and people standing folding… doesn’t make sense in reality. Put the one folding table back next to dryer 1 and do away with the two tables next to the door and put the customer seating back. The remaining three tables can stay because you did give it some space between to put the laundry baskets between each station.

  My experience has been horrible. I follow the video prompt to get a card and I put in my five dollars to not receive the card.To then be told you have to put in ten dollars.There's no change machine and the clerk doesn't speak english.So i'm stuck out of money with no help. Then, it says, after 10 o'clock machines are half priced. I use the machines to find out that they're not half price. And I can't even talk to the clerk because we just went through this whole thing with getting the change. So now I am out of twenty five dollars, just trying to watch some laundry, and no one can help me
