I called this location today and was disappointed by the customer service I received from the assistant manager. She was dismissive, rude, and made me feel as though I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. Unfortunately, this wasn’t an isolated incident. The same assistant manager provided a similarly poor experience when I initially rented my storage unit online.
After my experience, I looked through other customer reviews and noticed that several describe similar concerns about customer service. While I can only speak to my own experiences, it was concerning to see that others appear to have had similar interactions.
I’m planning to speak with the store manager on Wednesday because I hope this isn’t representative of how the business is run. However, if my experience with the store manager is similar, I’ll likely be removing my belongings and closing my storage unit this month.
I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but experiencing the same level of poor customer service from the same employee on two separate occasions is concerning. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue.
