  I'm glad I called the local folks. My first estimate from the out of town company said I needed a new chimney. The second estimate said I needed a new house! Northeastern Chimney showed me some things I should be aware of, gave me some options to consider in the future and then cleaned my chimney.

  We have used the services of Northeastern Chimney for many years and have always been more than satisfied. They are currently in the process of upgrading the cap and crown on our old chimney and they've gone to great lengths to quickly get us on their schedule. Their work is always professional and efficient.

  Had my fireplace cleaned and more importantly had a furnace liner put in. They did an excellent job with the installation. They were able to show me with pictures what they were looking to have done. Needed the top of the chimney replaced also. They showed me with photos the start, middle and finished job. Everything I asked for as far as directions and what I wanted was done 100%. It was nice to have a company be this on top of things as they were.

  Very thorough cleaning and explanation of processes they uncovered a very dangerous deficiency in my system and provided detailed information about that as well. Chris took the extra time to show me how my stove insert actually worked as I was coming from out of state and have never used one before. Would definitely use this company again and already have something scheduled!

  Great experience, with Northeastern Chimney! Their communication throughout the entire process was timely and informative. The install of a chimney cap and collar by Jason was professional & punctual. Their price quote was very competitive & reasonable. Very pleased with the outcome!
